MonteCristo from STCGRub: A tsp ea Cayenne, Paprika, Chile powder, dry oregano, S&PCoat pork tenderloin with a binder like worchestershire, mustard, or oil. Tenderloin prep option 1: In a pot, boil a beer, Tbsp ea butter and worchestershire. Place pieces of pork in the pot. Simmer, don't boil. 15-20 mins. Turned out really tough and rubbery. Option 2: Grill seasoned pork tenderloin to 140 ish. 10-15 mins. Turned out great. Shred and set aside. Make a spread: 1/4 C Kewpie mayo, 1 Tbsp oil, 1-2 cloves minced garlic, 2 Tbsp fresh parsley. Shred some swiss or gruyere Lay down a slice a hearty sliced bread, shmear it with the spread, add a layer of cheese. Add shredded pork. Consider a triple decker with another layer of black forest ham Beat a couple eggs with some cream in a shallow bowl Dip sandwich in Transfer to a hot griddle, fry it to a deep brown on as many sides as you can.

Hey Sam, Max, Louis n girl, Been watching over a year great stuff! I am a paramedic originally from NJ but live in Ireland now. I have always loved cooking really basic compared to you. I opened my horizons by experimenting, Italian, Mexican which I love! I have not had a calzone in 10 years but going to give yours shot. Made your frickin crazy chorizo nachos 2 weeks ago for guys at ambulance base, they want another sample already, the cheese sauce is KAARRAAZZYY! Please don't stop I eat so much better now, usually only have 1 main meal a day(as I have juicer use that in morning) but my meal of the day more like an event, well planned. Also I got your if fat flavor, I delicious shirt, last week everyone notices it! Thanks so much bro! Patrick

It's a fine attempt, however the magic ingredient is smoked turkey, not double pig. I pre make the french toast slices. The meats are sliced into ribbons so the cheese flows through it The stack is: Toast/deli ham/american/toast/smoked turkey/swiss/raspberry preserves/toast - Grill until cheese melty and meat hot. The notion of garlic anything or mustard is unholy. Snow with powder sugar and maple syrup on the side. Dip, or pour over. You're welcome!

So this is what you do. You take a perfectly good pulled beef and ham sandwich and then you dunk it in raw egg so that there's raw egg all over it and throughout the sandwich. Now it tastes like raw eggs. So yummy. Grill the outside so the egg isn't raw there, but all that raw egg that went in the sides and soaked through the bread and is now mixed in with the ham and beef. yummy raw egg.

Great sandwich. Have a problem I love the if fat means flavor then Im delicious shirt but, how do I put this so its not to embarrassing. You dont have my size which defies normal measurements I guess the best way to say it is car cover. This time Im completely joking. Love this sandwich. Cookbooks any plans or do they already exist if so where can I buy one.

They rolled you over as you screamed noooo and held you down and shoved that freaking candy making size thermometer god knows how far up your ass and then after a few minutes it seamed like jerked it out and read it as crap was stuck to it. Yeah so no one wanted prison because it was the same deal but more then one takes your temp. With a log.

Braising a tenderloin won't work well due to the lack of connective tissue and fat. Braising is for higher fat content meat with lots of connective tissue that will break down and tenderize a tough cut of meat. But interesting experiment. Sandwich looks fabulous. Sunday lunch for sure.

Looks super delicious. But, once again because Sam never acknowledges it, that Japanese Mayo is LOADED with MSG. Listed as such right on the bottle. Can you imagine a restaurant posting boldly on it's menu We add MSG to your food. Sam's restaurants use this brand of Japanese Mayo, Kewpie.

I tend to defend Sam from others snarky comments (looking at all you savages asking for well done meat) and I will continue to do so as I like his variations of traditional recipes but Sam, you know you got to take that jewelry off to cook and serve people. Food safety 101. Just saying.

And on this episode of things no-one (else) will ever make. It does look damn good, but nobody is going to take this amount of prep time to make a month cristo. The rest of us don't have the expendable income either to spend 20 dollars for one sandwich.
