See the thing I like here is my man is cooking on like a multi-thousand dollar cooktop and surrounded by a multi-million dollar home and he is using super cheap tools while cooking its great and im not dogging on his wealth quite opposite I think the cooking area outside his house is gorgeous and obviously worth the money considering he has probably gotten his use out of it and made money from using it.

Do a reverse shepherd's/cottage pie. Mashed potatoes / green bean hotdish on the bottom, then stuffing / turkey on top with gravy over it all, reheated in an oven till warm. Super easy to put into a pan of your choosing. Heats up well, and combines all the leftovers so nice.

I am so anxious waiting for the new dream set to add to my Nakiri: )
And Sam if you seperate the eggs and allow the eggs sitting on top of the cooked eggs. it takes less time and the eggs will not overcook. add a little water and cover with lid. fluffy omelete everytime

I can see un-salted butter used here with the addition of several pieces of un-drained Anchovy fillets added before flipping, and some Tabasco hot sauce.
