First off. I don't mind eating a ton of butter. So go ahead and just say it. Put on a TON of butter. Butter is flavor! Second, I like the idea of parsley. I always use dill for my chicken. Chicken and dill go together like pork tenderloin and fig jam. But now I am dying to try this chicken spread with the parsley. Thanks for the recipe ideas. Now I need to check out your knives.

It would be nice if you could use earth balance Buttery Tasting Spread every so often or at least once. How about helping out the diabetics that watch you> I mainly want to know how you feel about the product. How does it taste? How does it cook? I bring up this particular product because it is the only product recommended by the American Diabetes Association.

Hi Sam. I made your buttery grilled chicken today. I cooked on charcoal and I added some Uzbek seasoning which I acquired from a restaurant. And I have to say it was the greatest chicken I have ever cooked. I have been massacring grilled chicken for years. But your flattening technique changed everything. You rock. Keep up the awesome material.

Just wanted to share with you tried this and as you say amazing! Too cold here in Ohio to grill, so I tried it in a fry pan. Made it up the same way as in your video and it was great. Made sandwiches with it like you did only used toasted old world white bread and sliced tomatoes on it. This will be one we do over and over again. A keeper! Thanks!

Does anyone else have the same issue: You buy a Pack of chicken breasts usually (3) and one of them is always a weird texture. kind of hard or fibrous. like its a tumor or something. Every stinking time. I have to throw one out. I think they're trying to poison me

Sam your frequent use of OMG does you no credit, not because I'm religious, more to the point is that it shows a lack of imagination and vocab. Socal girls have two words in their vocabulary, like and OMG, very bloody shallow.

Can you do a tour of your outdoor kitchen space, and show us what all the different elements are - and what brand, etc, what they're used for. I'd love to know. I especially love the black round block.

You asked how I was, and didnt get a response so I thought I would respond and tell you I am doing great and use your receipes all the time and so does my daughter in-laws keep up the great show
