This inspired me to do some enchiladas today. My wife just wanted a taco salad, but I went the whole nine yards and did a couple enchiladas, only with salsa verde instead (Fronteria's. Beef, onion, cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomators, sour cream. Damn, it was good.

I make the meatballs for my husband during game seasons. (I cook mine in the oven so they get a crisp to them. Sauce in a pan same ingredients but I add a little cornstarch to thicken the sauce, add the cooked meatballs in it. Then move to plate and green onions too!

OMG I had no idea this type of food was so easy to make! Any hints on jazzing up canned refried beans? I love them but know they are like campbells cream of mushroom soup compared to homemade! Thanks from Canada for the entertaining video.

San Diego native - Been watching your show since I was a youngin ( i'm 28 now. Best cooking show around hope you keep at it for many years down the line! My dad saw you buying frozen food a while back and still laughs about it.

Sam is secretly Latin American. The ground beef prep starting 2: 20. man after my own heart. I add a tiny little bit of lime juice or just a little mustard sometimes to give it an extra kick.
