Okay corny comment here: the father-son love between you and Max is such a pleasure to watch. As a keto guy (trying to avoid Diabetes, I can't eat much of what you cook, but I watch anyway for your ingenious ideas and most of all the wonderful personalities and the banter and the obvious affection. Great Show Sam! Had lots of fun, during this lock down, watching you cook! :D Thanks! one tip I learned from a pro baker, if you need to get a piece of egg shell out of your eggs you cracked in the bowl, use the remainder cracked shell to scoop it out! It works great! Alright, Keep cooking and Cheers!

Good video. Though I mean no disrespect to you however; but using your bare hands when stirring the pasta recipe was unhygienic-especially during this coronavirus pandemic when practicing proper hygiene is important. Again, I mean no disrespect; but that was poor judgment.

I love Italian food but when it comes to baked spaghetti, if it's not done right. I'm not eating it. It can be amazing or it can be sauce less and the noodles dry and crunchy. I just can't hang with dry noodles.
