These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top.

So many variations of this that I've done. I usually use boneless skinless thighs and breasts, cut them into nugget size pieces. Then I coat them in a Mayo mixed with a small bit of mustard (you could add more, (like some hot sauce, etc. Now it gets interesting, depending on the coating I'll be using dictates whether I add extra seasoning to the mayo mix. A bit of dry onion, garlic, or who knows, I like to experiment. For the breading crush up your current interesting outer coating. I've used stuffing crumbs, panko, Funnyuns, flavored potato chips, and many more. This versatile dish does great in an air fryer, convection oven, or even an old fashioned oven. LOL one of my grandmothers said I shouldn't play with my food.

It's been over a year of asking on every video! I’m still waiting on you to try Chicken Parm Cremera Pizza.
Pizza Crust
Tomato Sauce
Alfredo Sauce
Diced Grilled Chicken
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Bacon Crumbles
Roasted Garlic
Ricotta Cheese
Red Pepper Flakes
Italian Seasoning
The way I do it is tomato sauce on the crust then Alfredo sauce on top of that diced grilled chicken, Mozzarella, Parmesan, crispy bacon crumbles, and chopped roasted garlic. I like to add red pepper flakes, dollops of ricotta, and Italian seasoning.
I’ve been asking since September 5, 2023

Thanks for figuring this out and sharing
I’ve been using dried stuffing as a base for baking going on 35 years now
Its Awesome
I use a generous dollop of mayo in the egg wash and bake at 400f
Not everyone has an air fryer
Hope you get this hiding in plain sight game changing adjustment some exposure
Yummy stuff

Hey Sam. Lori-Ann and Kevin from Saskatchewan. Your Thanksgiving is coming and we have a beautiful, simple and delicious portion to add, if you choose. Supper in a pumpkin. Essentially it is a lazy cabbage roll (please no sour cabbage) packed inside a pumpkin and baked. Delicious and beautiful. Simple and inexpensive.

Hey y'all, been a fan since the Livecast day's. Actually, i wish you'd bring it back. Anyway, love the show and just wondering if y'all had seen my comment about making the Mayo & Peanut Butter sandwich from several months ago Oh, and a knife would be freakin' Awesome! Thank's, y'all have a great one!

Love that you still can't stop eating them even after burning your mouth. You just keeping gettin after it! Great idea might have to try them with chicken breast and the dipping sauce. As usual another fine job, no idea how you come up with all these recipes but glad that you do.

Baking wings is all about that Pam and high heat. Gotta spray those guys down and into a convection oven no less than 425F. Keep flipping them until they're done. none of this only flip once crap. And don't be skimpy on the oil, otherwise they taste baked and not fried.

That sounds FN awesome!
Years ago you did stuffing waffles, I asked my family members to bring their waffle maker with them to thanksgiving! HUGE success!
Maybe since November is here (almost) how about a series on turkey day favorites, or uncommon dishes

There is nothing wrong community college. Just because its CC don't mean the subjects of math, english and core subjects are worse/different compared to big universities. Math doesn't change. I wasn't racked with piles of debt after graduating. No regrets.

So, for this Aussie (where we do everything upside-down and therefore backwards) why do you guys NOT PAUSE THE CAMERA WHEN THE FOOD IS FRICKIN' HOT) We don't want to see Sam hesitatingly peck at an obviously hot bite, we WANT to see Sammy enjoy that bite!

Those look Great! When I lived in So Cal one of my Fav places to go was Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles they had a special with full fried chicken wings and waffles with a side of their brown onion gravy that went down like heaven! I miss that place!

First, the idea for Thanksgiving Wings is truly incredible. Second, your grammatical tense is fine. this, these, that, those are demonstrative pronouns (I had to look it up. Professor Clough probably knew those already. see what I did there)
reply

So. Why not make these but with turkey tenderloins, so it's a whole thanksgiving dish in one: ) - PS, I'm lacking in keeping current with videos, I'm catching up though, has my username been referenced for knives yet Keep on cooking Sam!

Guess I'm going to have to break down and buy an air fryer. I'm not much of a wing person, but I'm betting this will still work for a regular thigh or leg or even smaller cuts of a breast. And oh, ditching the vo was a good idea
reply

Yes no more voice overs. Max and Chance are awesome but this is the Sam the Cooking Guy show and we want to see you in the videos. We love it when you burn your hands or screw up cooking something that makes it fun.
reply

I didn't mind the VO but it was noticeable and detracted from the live to tape warts and all vibe that is an essential component of the STCG vibe. Boooooo to Maxi and your high falutin' production values

Hey Sam Imma Huge Supporter And Recently I Came Across A Breakfast Sandwich At McDonalds Which Caught Me On A Hook And I Would Really Like To See You Remake This Sandwich Before I Try It.
reply

Sam, could you please make some Super Big Wings using turkey wings instead of the chicken wings I'm surprised no one has started making giant wing using turkey. San Diego, CA
reply

Dip that shit in some gravy, just like you would on Thanksgiving while grandma is passed out and the dog is eating rolls off of the table while everyone is watching Football.
