Teeside, the U. K. - a genius came up with this cheesy chicken Parmo and it may actually be better than a chicken parm! Andrew: I live in Hartlepool, part of Teesside and have sampled many a parmo in my life! Whilst your's is not traditional it looks delicious and I applaud all your adaptions (recipes should never be seen as sacred but always as a jumping off point for experimentation and adaption) So, whilst your accents are appalling, more Bow Bells than Middlesbrough town hall! Your imagining of a Parmo is wonderful! Love and best wishes to you, Max and Chance from the North East of England!

Hello from Stockton-on Tees, in Teesside, North East England, omg yes people round here go wild for the dish its mainly late night beer food when the pubs kick out, not really known anywhere else in the UK except Teesside, we had friends over from Florida they didn't try it lol, BTW your London/cockney accent is great but we don't sound anything like that up North.

Hi Sam! Enjoy your constant This request may be a bit different from what your may be used to making, but could you look into recreating your own version of the Famous Jay Fai s Crab Omelet? I think this would be a great opportunity to diversify your viewers perspective on International approaches towards familiar cuisine and American Ingredients

I try to stay away from fried foods for obvious health reasons, but there is no way that I am passing up making this. Holy shit that looks amazing. Thank you guys! Bought the book. Can't wait for it to arrive. I'm always looking to change things up in the kitchen.

this is awesome! can you do a video on making your own seasonings? possibly like jerk seasoning, good home made steak seasoning, whatever: ) maybe some unique ones? and then maybe some cool applications, like a simple chicken breast or steak or burger?

I live vclose to Middlesbrough and I'd just like to say this about the Parmo. It is one of THE most overrated foods the world, I'd have a pizza everyone over a parmo everytime, why it's so beloved locally is beyond me.

We get this thing called vada pav in India in which potatos are deep-fried in gram flour and is served inside a bread called pav with some garlic chutney which is just deep-fried garlic in chilli powder
