I have just done it. I have used some turkey meat from yesterday's soup and skipped the wine and stuffing. Tasted good and best thing is I left with just one knife, pot and cutting desk to clean. For someone who never cooked rice (which is not from those preboiled bags) it was easy. I was like that water will never evaporate but it did. Both my sister and I liked it so thumbs up.

its so weird that all of the traditional uk christmas food is traditional usa thanksgiving food. for christmas we usually have ham and cheesy roast potatoes with stuffing and many other things

does i make any difference if you add the stock cube to the water then add that in little amounts instead of adding water and stock cub seperate?
