I have tried this, and it was awesome, guest asked for more. But I couldn't arrange coconut as I had very short time. Though it was so good. Definitely coconut would have added more flavour.

The secret to opening anything carbonated, is open it just a tiny bit, let the air out a little, then open it up all the way. It should work even if the bottle is shaken up beforehand.

Just made this, its ridiculous. drizzled some real maple syrup over the top instead of honey and it was so delicious I had to fight people for the last one.

this looks insanely sweet. is tinned pineapple not sweet in the UK? where I live, the liquid is like a syrup.
