Woooooow! This was so good! Thanks a lot for this recipe! I made this earlier to my folks this weekend and they seemed to like it even though i forgot few ingredients like red onion and pea. I am glad that my dad liked this food because his taste buds are simple (potato and sausages with brownsauce type of a way. Definately going to do this dish again and again! Really heathy dish and good if you feel that you are catching a cold because of garlic and ginger. (So sorry for my grammar)
Thanks Sorted and keep doing what you do! You guys are awesome! :)

Ben, one of the key things in a stir fry dish like this (or with noodles) people look for is whether each shape is shaped like the main ingredient (in this case, the rice, so each of the vegetables should be chopped into tiny pieces like a rice grain. you'll do the long stems for noodles (thin slices for noodles, tiny rounds/cubes for rice. The goal is to be able to taste each ingredient on a single spoon. I know you're trying to teach knife skills/time for Mike, but presentation wise, a tip for you: )

I can't have rice and miss fried rice desperately. I'd love to see you guys make a cauliflower rice version of it and see if you can figure out the trick to not making it a) taste like cauliflower, and b) get revoltingly squishy and soggy. I've yet to find a recipe that pulls those two things off successfully!

How rude of ben to insinuate that I lack knife skills, what if I want to watch a nice video ben? Just because you have 1 million subs doesn't mean you can insult me haha

I don't have a wok and I also don't really have the space for one (the downsides to living in NYC, can I use a large frying pan instead?

Amazing, but a bit heavy on the soy. If you use salt and add seafood such as shrimp, it'll have a nice fresh flavour to it

My dad tried to get me to try eating with coconut oil by frying hash browns in the coconut oil, worst taste in the world.
