I have never heard testes called dude eggs before, and as far as I know, almost nowhere in the US eats those. In fact, most of the time they're not eaten at all and the thought of it grosses out most Americans. Now, I have heard of prairie oysters.

I made a vegetarian burger with white beans, sweet potato, quinoa, dried cranberries, and walnuts. It was what I happened to have in my cabinet at the time. Then I topped it with goat cheese and arugula. Best thing I've ever made.

I wonder what a dessert burger would be like. A cake, brownie, or cookie bun. Some jam, fruit, or ice cream, and definitely chocolate. I think I'm gonna have to go experiment with this #sweettooth

For someone who loves sushi she sure is horrible with her chopsticks. BTW, using your hand like Barry did is totally fine. Especially if you can't use chopsticks properly.
