An aquafaba tip: reduce the chickpea liquid to half a cup and dissolve the sugar in it while the liquid is hot. Then chill it in the fridge (overnight works well) and whip up from cold. Works like a charm for meringues or any aquafaba recipe involving sugar and AF whipped to a meringue-like state. You're welcome: P

You keep trying to make the whole add thing a joke by making it so obvious which I like but if every video is an ad then it just makes it really annoying. I'm not annoyed by you having ads it's just you keep showing them the same way with the campy 70's style text and music which just gets old

I dont like how this one they were all almost the exact same i was expecting something besides kiwi and passionfruit as an idea of other things that go well with it but nope we get literally the same thing in 2 different time limits and a vegan one all with the same toppings: (

Meringues do not usually for it for me- but the fast made meringue was the most interesting. Meringue bomb? I think you are begging. And the chick pea thing was far from good cooking and more like appealing to veganism-you pulled it off but it was uninteresting.

hey is there an episode where you've made a real pavlova? one with the crisp meringue outside and marshmellow-y inside? I saw one that was called pavlova, but it was really just meringues again (i'm aussie and we don't consider them to be the same thing.

Also, no microwave meringues? Seriously guys? I guess the blowtorch version does offer a different texture to the other two. but for speed and convenience, microwave meringues! (We don't all have a blowtorch but nearly everyone has a microwave)

You guys should do something like regional Chinese dishes, not Western-Chinese. Too many typically Western dishes, even your currys and Thai foods are a long way from being legitimate.

HELP!
I tried making the vegan meringue today.
Looked amazing, but after a few minutes in the oven they completely melted away.
What did I do wrong?

Thanks for adding a vegan option. I love the show, but so often I only watch it for the comedy. Its wonderful to see a recipe I can try myself. Thank you.
