Snowflake Sugar Cookies You Wont Believe Are Vegan LaDolcevita: Although, I appreciate tasty trying vegan cookies, this isnt really how you should make them or the icing. if you want them to taste good. or the icing to crust. for cookie recipe, use vegan butter not coconut as this makes it taste more buttery and add 3 table spoons of Aquafaba (juice from can of chick peas) as this resembles eggs and works just like eggs and you cannot tell the difference in the recipe what so ever, and its better for you then eggs. For the icing, use 4 cups of icing sugar and 3 tablespoons of Aquafaba again, vanilla extract and some water as needed. this will make the icing crust and not stay watery and taste just like royals icing. I do not like coconut or shortening in a sugar cookie, its tasteless. use vegan butter Taste like real butter Im guessing they left Aquafaba out as it might confuse people, its just the juice strained from the can of garbanzo beans, not that big of a deal. if people can eat a chickens period, they can consume garbonzo bean juice. Its just water that had beans in it. thats it.

That cookies taste literally like pie crust, literally I am not saying a lie belive me ita all fake dont try at home unless ur making pie cause I literally made a pie the next day using this same dough, didnt say I warned ya this is not a filler or fake I tried it please trust me these are awful IF U DONT TRUST ME JUST SEE WHY WHEN SHE WAS DONE WITH THE DOUGH AND SHE BOUGHT IT BACK AGAIN ITS COLOR WAS DIFFERENT also the icing was messed up the water completely curdled into my sugar she used royal icing for that, this mixture doesnt set maybe the icing with me but the cookies were AWFUL. JUST AWFUL
