Pro-tip. Any recipe over a 100. is actually impossible to make in current times. Food has just changed that much. is it a gigantic difference? Depends. But it's kind of like old school mcdonald fries vs new mcdonald fries. There is a difference that just can't be replicated anymore.

It's interesting how turkish culture and other middle eastern cultures share the same words for dishes as well as the dishes themselves but for some reason those words and dishes don't match across cultures
