I tried making these for my hubs years ago. I made the maple crystals by dripping Maple-ene flavoring onto white sugar and then dropping the little balls of sugar onto the pancakes. I just couldnt get those eggs thin enough. And thats why I just pick one up from the McDonalds thats less than a mile away. lol

I never heard of McGriddle until a few weeks ago when we were in NY and had breakfast in McDonalds. Damn they good cant believe I never had them before. I might try as well to make them myself. Funny video enjoyed watching it

I saw pure maple flakes in the sugar aisle next to the natural sweeteners. I was dreaming of eating them straight but if anyone is going to home make a mcgriddle, I think you could use those to cut down on time

Wtf is wrong with that egg? We dont have McGriddles here in Australia but Ive eaten heaps in Japan and they have the same eggs we do, its just a fried egg cooked in a ring, not some gross dry omelette thing.

for those of you that havent gone to McDonalds. dont, the food is garbage for its price. if you seek quality food. McDonalds isnt the way to go. trust me, Ive worked there. youre wasting your money.
