I think I puked a little in my mouth when I saw the cranberry sauce mixing in with the mashers & frozen veggies. If you have leftover cranberry sauce make cranberry icees or add to seltzer water or spread on turkey sandwiches but dear god not in a meat, veg & tater pie.

i wonder how the native Americans celebrate Thanksgiving Day. my big brother said that native Americans fled to neighboring Canada and Mexico. so are they Canadians and Mexicans now? just asking. im getting A- in demography and geography

we called it Shepherd's pie, had it after every Thanksgiving and Christmas, because there were so many leftovers. My Mom didn't make a crust, just threw everything in the casserole dish, topped with mashed potatoes, and baked, loved it

Sorry, but that was the most tired recipe in a long time. And the pie is kind of less than the sum of the ingredients. Didn't think long and hard for this one, right? WWII era cooking hahaha? :D

No. Just no. You don't mix cranberry sauce with gravyYou wouldn't put gravy on top of cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving dinner, so do not do it with this ridiculous leftover pie.

Those nasty, frozen mixed veggies should be illegal. Who eats those on Thanksgiving? It should have been dressing/stuffing or green bean casserole.
