Garlic Butter Roast Chicken & Veggies.
Cut chicken fillet, roll in flour and fry until golden brown. Chop onion, carrots, mushrooms, apple. Pass the garlic through the press. Combine everything and add to the chicken. Fry for 15 minutes.
Combine a glass of water, soy sauce, season, bring to a boil. Put the cheese, mix until it melts. Add salt, pour into the pan with chicken and vegetables. Reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes with the lid closed Date: 2019-12-19
