Steve Logan: If the 1st recipe refers to buddha, a false asian god, i do not eat anything that folks say is blessed by him, buddha in asian language means pig, also you need to season your iron skillet as it is rusty, you should season it after 2 or 3 uses in cooking, plus that will help in food not sticking to it, thumbs down on this atrocity.
