I would eat all 3 dishes, thet look delicious, glad you used butter & not margarine( not a fan of margarine, is only 1 molecule short of being turned to plastic, most folks do not know that info) although i am not familiar with several ingredients in the last recipe such as balti sauce, etc. it still looks tasty. I'm guessing McCormick spices is one of your sponsers, lol, ok with me as i am irish & they are a Scottish/Irish brand, lol, so promote them some more friends.

Besides the meatballs (just eat regular butter chicken) this looks interesting Not too sure u made butter chicken sauce correctly (usually western food recipes get it wrong) but overall Mac and cheese and nachos sound pretty yum
