So I just want some plain ol gourmet hot chocolate, but cant drink milk products. Can I just 1-1 the milk/cream with our substitute of choice? Not really looking to process a sweet potato for a mug of cocoa.

Ok what Ive never understood is Frozen Hot Chocolate THATS JUST FROZEN CHOCLATE. If its not hot then its frozen chocolate not frozen hot chocolate AND IF YOU WANT A FROZEN DRINK CALL IT FROZEN COCO

I just usually melt 4 oz of semi sweet chocolate and then slowly add milk then add a pinch of cinnamon. Its great because when you melt the chocolate first it becomes extremely smooth

1: 17 why would you need powdered sugar? It's the same as regular refined sugar (just finely milled, and I can't imagine it would change much since it's getting mixed in any way
