I made banana bread using 10 hacks in a row tasty bestnarryever: The extra sweetness from the hacked one probably comes from putting the bananas in the oven to ripe - they don t actually ripe like bananas naturally do in the pantry, it releases a sweet liquid that is VERY sugary. I do that and I just reduce the amount of sugar I put into the recipe and it balances out well!

is it just me? or does alvin and inga has the same layout of their kitchen, are they living in the same apartment tower? just different room? the only difference is their location is mirrored (alvin's fridge is on the left, and microwave on the right side, and inga's is on the opposite, fridge on right, microwave on left side) did y'all notice?

Here s another hack: dissolve the baking powder and soda into a tsp of water and add it in when u add ur flour and it makes sure the soda and powder is all incorporated when baking and is even everywhere and it will make ur banana bread super moist!

I ve always toasted my banana bread even if it s a bit more time consuming it s always worth it. But I like to step it up a notch by throwing it in a toaster oven with some butter and sugar sprinkled on top

Anybidy know if banana bread n butter popular in the south? I think Bob Evan's serves it and its amazing but because of that i wouldnt consider it a hack and also am curious if its a regional trend

Is it possible that the oven just roasted the skin giving it a ripe looking colour but actually did not ripe them. It also got softer in the process of baking. Just curious did you taste it inga?

My favourite thing is toasted banana bread with butter and cinnamon sugar on top (just a bit of sugar and a bit of cinnamon, sprinkle it on top) Perfect with a cup of coffee chefs kiss

I don't know anything about the chemistry involved, but I wouldn't assume that just because the oven made them turn brown that it means they are necessarily 'ripe'.

Hey Tasty, I love these videos where you test out a bunch of hacks while preparing a dish - this banana bread sounds amazing but could you please consider posting a recipe?

Already failed at 1: 00, those bananas are not nearly rotten enough. You need to step your game up, worry more about those fundamentals, less about that jazz.
