Tasty, Nice job young man, i'm 57 yr. old irishman from rural Ky, & i don't know if you are irish, but yes the stereotype is true, we irish love our taters & i eat them appx. 300 out of 365 days a year in some fashion, & being type 2 diabetic i save my daily carb intake for taters, lol, , one thing, i like gnocchi, it would only take you appx. 10 minutes to roll grooves into your gnocchi with a fork & your sauce will cling much better to them, just a tip young man, it is worth the time, trust me. btw, very nice job with the ingredients they allotted you.

rule of thumb -- if it grows below ground, start with cold water. if it grows above ground, start with boiling water. started in boiling water, the outside of the potato was cooked perfectly while the center still had a ways to go. started in cold water, the whole potato would be done at the same time

Congratulations! These 3 meals are great. I will make them for my family. Thanks for the ideas. I would like to see more of these receipts, with less ingredients and quick to do(with 2 kids cooking quick is mandatory. I wish you a nice and inspiring day!

I love these videos. Unfortunately, now things can be pretty limited and these are such a smart way to show people how to make the best of what they got. I would definitely make the eggs in purgatory or the potato gnocchi.

I m Spanish and I have to thank you that you didn t add chorizo, shrimps, peppers o whatever ingredient to the Spanish omelette. They never, NEVER, fit. Seriously, thank you!
