How To Make Cookies And Cream Funnel Cake Sandwiches Leigh Barry: Ok to make this REALLY fun, add red food coloring to the batter and it will look like earthworms Especially if you cover it with toasted coconut dyed green and brown I sprinkle crushed Oreos over the cool whip(YES I'm white trash and prefer COOL WHIP)lay the funnel cake over the cool whip and sprinkle the coconut over the top which looks like grass I put little green Army men on top of each one I used small enamel tin cups with a spork tied to the side To keep the size small I used a mason jar ring to contain the funnel cake batter as it was pouring into the oil Kids loved it and at my son's 9th birthday( outdoor laser tag with 12 barricades, fake smoke, complete with sniper rifles and grenades Everything was camo/military related even had plastic military helmets as chip bowls a camo cake with Army men& fox holes and these little funnel cake treats were for later on in the evening Over 20 people were playing laser tag, lmfao with actual grown men who were federal LEO's and out of 6 games a 5 yr old wee little girl KICKED EVERYONE'S BUTTS SHE WAS THE LAST ONE STANDING and one of the men presented her with his weapon, on bended knee begging her for mercy
