That isn't how a samosa is fried. Not a good samosa anyways. The way you did it renders the samosa chewy and elastic. Samosas should be fried in cold oil while raising the temperature i. e samosa goes in cold oil 100-120C and should come out when the oil is very hot. Try experimenting with temperatures as we don't track temperature. The outside crust shouldn't be brown but more like golden and crispy but flaky. Most Important the inside of the crust should be white. And the dough should be cut in quarters. Love the Mehndi BTW

Why are so many commentators just brazenly fishing/begging for likes? Anyway, I approve of most of these dishes, BUTTTTT they could've Indianised the names a bit more, like calling the fried balls as Kachori, and so on.

In India, we call that chicken wrapped soft boiled egg as Nargisi Ande. And I can't understand what was Indian about that Rice cheese balls. Any way, loved the recipes.

This video hasn't been produced by good Indian cooks. They might be great cooks but lack experience in Indian cuisine.
