sure its edible, but is it tasty food? I know its difficult to make such a variety of shapes without fondant but in the end, how much of that sugary paste is truly eaten instead of being picked off and thrown away? lets be honest, fondant can add an interesting textural component to a mouthful of cake but you clearly dont want it to be overpowering since its mainly just sugar and water thus extremely sweet.

Super talented - yay Tasty for featuring her People who are passionate about their craft really shine and you can see in her eyes shes doing what she loves. But yeah, I wouldnt want whatever hunk of trapped gunk is under those rings to drop into what shes preparing that Id be potentially consuming. Youll never see a true professional preparing food for others with rings on. Ever.

These desserts are so beautiful. It almost pains me to think of what one of her foods would sell for to be honest. So much time and quality goes into simply making a cookie let alone what it would take to create a whole cake or pie, and the thought of what someone such as herself would charge after all that work just scares me

There something about her that I dont like. Maybe it was the way she came off as being really braggy. Im glad you have accomplished alot but it seemed like every word out if her mouth was bragging about something.
