I cannot believe people feed on such rich fat diets. This will cause a problem in the future. Carbohydrates are good for humans as they are needed for energy. As long as one eats organic non processed foods and as the body needs then the body will function well with starch, proteins, fruits, nuts and veggies. The problem is over processed food which have basically lost their values as food and are addictive hence the obesity problem in America, and the rest of the world is following.

I watch video sometime to relax or learn. This gives me neither, I strain to read ingredients or timings and temps fast enough. But the stirring goes on and on, I know how to do that, thx. Just leave the text up longer, happier viewers for you. Also, I know most of this already from originators. Thx anyway. Not so Niffty

There is WAAAAAY more to keto than just recipes. Recipes are 5% or less of the diet. The rest is information on how to do it properly and it requires a lot of proper information. That clickbait title is really BS and that video should be removed just because of that

I love this diet. I still get to eat what I love but no more of that processed sugary crap with high carbs that was making me faint every day. Lots of meat and veggies and I look good and feel good.
