I made this back when I was in high school. I was pretty surprised with the turnout. I am not a huge fan of sausage or eggs, but overall, I really liked the texture that it gave this dish.

Rie, you know what would be cool? If you made a japanese style timpano. What would that look like? Like taking all these different Japanese classics and combining them all into a huge dish like the timpano

So its just dough with a pasta dish with sausages, eggs meatballs and cheese? All that trouble heh. Pizza with same ingredients would be easier with similar effect: P.

In Spanish, Tmpano is eardrum. When you slice it it kind of looks like the inner ear, hence the name? Just speculating.
