I just started watching your show on YouTube and I have watched every single episode the last one I watch was you remaking your apartment for Christmas. It was beautiful and the tree is the type of tree Ive always wanted. A real ball hanging tree because its sparse so all the ornaments can lay correctly. I also watched your episode about your anxiety and I so can relate. I am praying for you and I know things will turn out right. You are a beautiful person I love your DIYs and how you make over decor so please just keep on going and have faith that you will come through it.

Love that tree and the basket it's sitting in, so adorable, also I love the grey lamp with the coolie shade but I'm not crazy about the little medal table shelf it's sitting on, it doesn't seem to fit with the other decor in the living room, Needs something wood or woven basket or cane something or other. Everything looks really well put together in the room except that metal table with my lamp on it. Seems like it's the wrong material for the other furnishings. Love your design style, we are very similar in our approach, and you have a sweet personality too.

One last comment. The price you pay for that stocking was incredible. I so thought you were going to say you were going to buy a rug and make one for yourself. I was very surprised you bought it. Yes it was beautiful but would I spend that money, no way. But you do you. I love you and you do what makes you happy.

Paint the inside of the fire place black and put led candles in it ( remote controlled) and have a wood pop on made for it. I think you would really enjoy that the light shines through the gaps maybe a herringbone pattern for the wood pop on?

Would anyone in the comments have any suggestions on covering up a mech vent in an apartment? I love my apartment but it has this ugly mech vent and I would love to cover it somehow!

One thing that I like to do for any trees in your house that aren't Christmas trees or pine trees is to add a few ornaments. Really helps tie in the Christmas vibes and colors!
