Retro
I love the jcrew clothing! I mainly shop in thrift stores partly because always on the low end income scale but I just got used to retro for any year. Im a 66 year old nerd hippie lady and i'd wear all that! I love the texture and detail of men's clothing more often than a lot of womens clothing or 40s syle. In my teens since it was late 60s i bought those 50s beaded sweaters and also Doris Day type dresses I made into mini skirts. I'd buy mens suit vests in the 80s and fit to me. Even now i buy men's bowling shirt style shirts and I'm not sure what to call them but many hispanics wear them. Straight cut even embroidered. Have one with dragons. I make oversizd, a bit fitted blouses. ok, now Im backing up to watch rest of video that passed by when typing this comment!

hey drew!
i have a lil trick for u for the first diy:
instead of cutting those freakin little letters out you also can hatch a large area on the back of the printed paper with the pencil. then turn the sheet over so that the shaded side is on the wood, and then draw the letters firmly.
now u got the letters on the wood without any exhaustion cutting out.
idk if u understood what i mean but this hack makes it all a lot easier. :) have a nice evening, day oder whatever: )

To keep your finger knitting even, you can pull your loops over a piece of dowel, a ruler, even a piece of fabric to keep them all organized and keep the loops all the same size. For a very chunky knit, you can even hold all the loops on your arm! I love that you shared a knitting project for people who don't have all the tools already!

Great ideas! I made the personalized cutting boards and spoons for 10 people on my gift list using all of the products you linked and the idea from your followers about an easier idea for the letters (rubbing pencil on back and tracing on front. They turned out beautiful! Cant wait to see folks reaction. Thanks so much for this idea!

Great ideas as always: ) One small suggestion is to wear mask and gloves while using spray paint as they contain very toxic and harmful chemicals that can get into our lungs and blood stream through skin. Your videos are great just want you to also be safe.

The wood burning craft is great! Cutting out the template looks like it could get a little tricky. If you scribble on the back of your design with graphite and then lay your paper graphite side down and trace the original design with a pencil it will transfer: )

Obsessed with everything per usual! AND YOUR HAIR! How is it so perfectly casual!
Also as a woman, I've never checked out J. Crew for men, but now I'm thinking I gotta get my Hubby some of their pieces!

Just a quick tip, you can draw on the back of the paper, flip the paper and then write on it you would leave sketch marks on the wood and would not need to cut put the letter.

Love all the gift ideas and my husband loves the J. Crew denim. I never saw the name on the screen or in the description. Which pair of jeans are these on the website?
