love your painting. you make it seem sooo easy. Have never painted. But getting bored with just pencil drawing. It's the only thing I have ever done. Watched your sketching videos. few of your basic tips have helped my finished products. Hoping your vidoes will help me learn to paint. My goal is to add color to my portaits and landscapes. First painting video of yours I watched. Hoping they are similar to sketching in that you offer tips for those who know nothing. Looking forward to viewing them.

Hey Brandon. I have a question. I've been painting for several years now on and off. But I'm trying to pain a sunset and Vern watching your videos out they inspire me a lot. The picture I'm going for gas a strong sunset in the back with it reflecting off the ocean. I don't know how to blend it well enough with out with colors being to bold to touch each other the right way. I've also used water I figured that out myself. Please get back to me on here. I really need your help on it

Brandon, just wanted to thank you for these videos. The quality of your instruction and the quality of your videos are better than some of the paid stuff I've seen. Hi Brandon, I have watched quite a few of your videos. I can draw but a complete novice at painting yet I have surprised myself with what I can do. Mainly done paintings of Disney characters etc but trying to venture out in doing landscapes and your advice and techniques have come in useful so thanks and keep up with the videos: )

How do you get your acrylics to blend like that? do you water them down a bit? or just use very very little paint on the brush? I can NEVER seem to get my paints to blend right, you make it look like it blends like oil's

how do you keep the paint wt without using water? I find water dilutes the color too much but I can't blend without it because the paint dries before I add the next color, especially in a sunset scene.
