In this tutorial I cover how to draw the structure of the nose and it's anatomy. We look at the nose in 3 groups, the bridge of the nose, ball of the nose, and wings of the nose. The nasal bone, maxilla, lateral cartilage, greater alar cartilage, alar fat, nostrils, septum, glabella. Don't miss new tutorials, signup for my mailing list

A couple years ago we were in Florence and saw The David. I was amazed at the precision of the sculpture, as were the 100+ people around me. I never understood why Michelangelo, Da Vinci, etc, took such an interest in anatomy until that moment. Your videos both show and explain this better than anything I have ever seen or read.
I am a retired Doctor of Chiropractic with certification in Physical Therapy, and I have never had explanation of anatomy as clear and compelling as you have done. Kudos, with gratitude.

The explanation is awesome, but it is also complex. In this case, it feels like we need examples on how to draw considering the information presented (with tons of examples aiming to simplify the process). But yeah, the content is very informative anyways

For beginners, know this, dont draw EXACTLY like they do. Sure copying is a way of growth but try to put a twist, see what you like. I tried copying but sooner or later I developed it and have my own style. I'm not an expert but this is a helpful advice.

I usually sketch what i see in the video on paper while watching it to make sure i know how to put all of the things he's saying on the page ( or else it will be all stuck in my brain but my hand won't cooperate)

I can't understand the measure of the -box- (sketch, can someone explain it to me? I don't know if I'm doing it right, because I don't know the correct measures.

I learn so much from these videos and I'm very grateful but can we just take a moment to appreciate the editing of the video?
Love your vids, keep it up!

All hyper-realist artists are creepers cause they are always looking and make mental notes about people-s faces, bodies, and features and then staring
