Loved your video but I disagree about using wheat the way you are because of two reasons. One wheat is GMO, they don't grow the true wheat anymore and to find the seeds for the true wheat you would have to go into the pyramids and get it from there. Two, when a plant grows it takes the nutrients from the soil, so if you use it again, then you need to replenish the soil with natural compost.
Would like for you to do recipes with the micro-greens you grow. For people that need to save money, farm stores have sunflower seeds, clean them before use. I talked to a farmer and he said his seeds are cleaned and go to places like sprout companies AND THE 50LB BAGS ARENT CLEANED, THAT WAS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE. The 50LB BAG cost 20. 00

Conventional vs organic is a topic that is littered with misinformation by both those creating the info and the recipients.
I've been a commercial pesticide applicator for 5 years now. Well over 1000s of hours spraying both mixes. In a field application REI (reentry interval) and PHI (preharvest interval) is generally lower (4 hours is EPA (united states) minimum allotment time.
Conventional does offer longer efficacy than organic which is needed for large acreage farms. 10-14 days vs 7-10 days on organic. Conventional also offers the ability to target specific modes of action on pests vs organic which is softer.

I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13: 5)
Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat: Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. (Matthew 7: 13-14)
And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation of John 20: 15)

Hi, where do you find this very fine soil or potting mix? I could buy several, just to bring them home and open them and find they're the 'woody', large particle kind. Lot's of money wasted right off the bat! So what is your preference in potting soil and where can we get this? thanks

White mold is OK. It's flora/fauna of the soil life. It usually starts with the initial sprouting stage, and then disapates as the seeds grow taller and water is added to the top of soil. Don't chuck the tray. They'll be fine!

What type soil and would you suggest the coconut fiber? Will microgreens grow back once you harvest? Which are more of a thicker stem greens? Do you grow mushrooms for eating and if yes can You make a video please?

I got that same juicer because based on all the reviews 8 yrs ago it was the best for Wheatgrass (I got it just for that) I'm sure alot more have come out since but I love my juicer still going strong.

I always get a second harvest out of my pea shoots. It's not as much as the first harvest but still worth growing for me. I don't let mine get near as tall as yours though. Very impressive.

Dang you really hit it out of the park with this video. Well explained throughout the entire process. I was very happy to see you show how to consume the greens. Wasn't sure. Thank You!

This was a great video. Only question Im left with is watering. do I water with the spray bottle lightly every day on the top, or does it require another cup or 2 over the growth cycle?

I tried putting the lights really close to my poppy seedlings and it seemed like they were burning. I had to raise the light. They flopped over and were very dark on the leaves.
