I have been watching so many of these kinds of videos and i don't see anyone telling us about the most important thing when you're in the wild or off grid etc. WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU NEED TO GO TO THE TOILET FOR NUMBER 2 ESPECIALLY? What, Where, How and with what do you wipe etc etc?

I think this is a very valuable video. Living with the land, camping out in snowy winter conditions with minimal gear, that is great stuff for the arm chair wilderness buffs to learn. Want to survive? Keep warm, have enough food and water. Simple.
It is all just common sense.

definite more bushcraft videos shawn as i do enjoy your log cabin vids im more in to bushcraft vids like this one where you explain your methods of food, shelter, fire, water and clothing excellent love it more of the same please.

Shawn, Its alway a privilege to listen and learn from an experience person who lives through it. Yes, I've learn some new safety tips again. Also, I was not aware certain types of woods burn differenlty, thank you for that info.

What about a sat phone and mini solar panel charger? How about a thermal blanket? Also, what do you do when you fall into the water and you need to dry your clothes?

I carry fire starting stuff, but I also carry two road flares. I have gotten wet, and needed a fire fast, the flare covers that base for me.
