And down comes the map! Aw! My children are adults now, but they loved the big map we kept on our wall so they could mark out places they have been and are going. We gave them smaller maps to follow as we would drive through the states and then we would talk about the states flower, bird, best growing product, etc. Fun times. Wish my grands were closer so they can do the same thing.

I would HIGHLY recommend you to get a styrofoam toilet seat for your outhouse. It's a lot nicer to sit on than just a wooden hole - especially during winter time. For me it was a game changer. Because of it I actually prefer outhouses now over indoor toilets. PuuCee is a good Finnish brand for example but I'm sure there are others aswell.

Love those horses you use to cut on. I need those for my sister who makes quilts, maybe smaller. LOL. Quinn (my husband) says you want all of those tools and dont know how to use any of them! LOL I say, youre never too old to learn. Look at that patient Cali! She knows you are going to throw her toy sooner or later.

Can't wait to see the porch get finished. Looking forward to your wife coming onto the program regularly and see what her role will be. The big question is will the program still be each of you or will it be a y'all (together). that will be unique.

Oh I don't know I think Cali is the MOST WONDERFUL PUPPY IN THE WORLD with Shawn to be with it is great watching this as I get better from surgery I know what it is like to build would love to be 20 yrs younger to do it again YEAH IT IS THE LIFE!

You can make bigger shelves easily by taking long boards and forming notches half the width of the vertical boards and notches corresponding but mirroring the mentioned notches on the horisontal boards. Like ikea but without the many gadgets
