I don't think that your version of treasure hunting is bad. You are taking care of the environment. You can always tell them that you are not treasure hunting but that you are actually there to clean up the spring. I'm with you that it also does not sit well with me that they would ban your version of Treasure Hunting. Just keep up with what you are doing no matter what anyone says or does. lots of love for you and your friends-

Call it what it is waterway and under water clean up removal. Bottom line if a group comes in and has people who are there for trash and debris removal Frome waterways and underwater areas. No one can come up with a legitimate reason to say no. I love the vids. been following for a while. But it's just a name or phrase of what you are doing. You can love it and hobby it. just label it professionally as trash and debris removal.

That is a ridiculous rule made. Brandon, they need to answer the question, what possible harm could there be in you diving, do treasure hunting, but also do your bit in clearing out trash? My only thought on this rediculous rule is seeing it is popular spot for people to swim, relax sunbathe etc etc, someone there claimed their spot and exclude anyone else from invading the spot. just an opinion.

Every fun thing has it haters and they will try to do what they can to ban what we love & they will stop at nothing to do so! Personally I have a few Choice words for people like this but I won't say them on here. I just go about my business and do my prospecting and my metal detecting and treasure hunting anyway other places where it is allowed.

pretty sure it's more about greed and money, whoever owns that property realize after seeing your videos how much money they can make off the stuff they find on the bottom that's what it boils down to money! at or somebody complain that they saw their item on the video and that you stole it even though you found it abandoned

Maybe the people that are running that does the treasure hunting for themselves and they don't want to share it with you guys and that's a shame everybody looks up to you and Jake and yappy you also do a good job getting rid of the trash I think you find more trash than you do treasure keep up the good work

I think the ban on treasure hunting is like the playco fish. I think what you do is great. Your not treasure hunting you are doing the community a service. I like the fact that you pick up bottles and cans etc. Every little bit helps. I have seen you go out of your way to return things to the owners.
