Hey Darci, Thursday I caught one while out red fishing that I fought for an hour on medium size tackle. (red fish tackle) it bottomed out my 50lb scale. it's the biggest Jack I've ever seen. later my partner and I looked up how big do they actually get. It shows the Bama record at 42lbs do you know of anyone who can scale pics and mabe get a weight? Great vid, and I feel sick I didn't get a measurement, we were just trying to get it back in the water to keep it alive after a long fight. me and the Jack were wore out.

Those Jacks look like a ton of fun, especially for their size. I'd choose to catch those all day over another species that was larger yet didn't fight.
