Snapper catch and cook video, we are on a deep sea fishing trip out of Stuart, Florida super early to catch American Red snapper on opening day! We caught our limit of Red snapper quickly, one fish per person on the Atlantic side! In this catch and cook I show you how to fillet a snapper. I think by lowering it to two per person has made them come back a lot and you just got to wait for two big ones per person take the risk but then again the bigger ones do make more. Great job guys really good size fish too great eating size. Congrats

Stop freezing your beer guys, and never use a belt sander to sharpen your fillet knives, and always use your steel to finish sharpening your fillet knives: )

enjoy your videos just think that Brian acts to goofy sometimes and that is a big turnoff haven't been watching as many as before because of that.
