Hey y'all! Great video! The chicken rig works great and we have reeled in double and triple hookups plenty of times using that setup. It may have been mentioned already, but Red is the first color of visible light that you lose as you go down through the water so it is much harder to see. That is one reason why lots of deep water species are red when you bring them up. Maybe the red line is harder to see, but who knows how a fish sees it. I usually have to white balance my scuba videos to add the red back in so, for what it's worth, I use red line for leaders and rigs too.

Ever thought about rigging full-time selfie sticks on the stern facing the bow? I'd use the SJ-CAM4000. I've got two of them and for my purposes they work great. Cost effective too. As a diver, the last color you see are the blues so the yellows and reds etc (that side of the spectrum to our eyes. don't know about a fishes eye) go away first. Anyway I love those runners and jacks! Hard fighting fish and that was a fun video! Keep on catchin'!

Lol. great job. sometimes when bottom fishing it feels like you are trying to pull the whole wreck up instead of just a fish. its a workout for sure
