As a diehard Steelhead chaser I find it offensive to give the location of spots. I know it's different from a boat in the salt but your breaking my heart! I didn't watch to the end because I couldnt bare to watch my fav fishin couple violate the no 1 rule.

Darcy,
Nice video. We went fishing out of Jupiter, catching a lot of Bonita, not a lot of Snapper.
Whats the best way to avoid Bonita?
Also, what rod are you using with the Shimano reel?
Thank you!
Pete

Working some more of Bryan's connections from Long Island? I asked a question about attaching your leader in a previous video. Do you use a swivel? Nice video! Thanks for sharing your adventure with us!

Up with us we have a couple different nicknames from some of the species. (Between Apalachicola and Destin) Pinfish = choffers (Falling out of use)
Vermillion = beeliners.

In the northern Gulf they call these vermilion Snappers Bee Liners. There's a spot South of St. George Island where these of that same size or bigger is found in abundance.

Thank you guys! My family and I fish out of St Lucie Inlet but we are still relatively new to the area. The information on these spots will help us a lot. Thanks again!

Great video. What fish would you compare an Amber Jack to when you eat it? You catch a lot of them and was just curious what they taste like.
