In this catch clean cook video we go inshore fishing on our flats boat. First fish of the day was a beautiful dog snapper, my personal best! We also caught plenty of mullet for bait, snook and a jack crevalle. I show you how to fillet a snapper, cleaning fish how to. Tutorial on how to cook fish in banana leaves on the BBQ. A delicious and easy fish recipe which is filled with a lovely banana leaf aroma since it is wrapped and grilling fish in banana leaf

Great video, it looks good. I enjoy watching your catch, clean, and cook videos. I am continuing to pray for you and your family and friends. I have a strange fact mention, almost every year Friday the 13th is in the months of the year that start with the first letters of certain months, (JASON) July, August, September, October, and November. One of the cool things is those months of the year are in order.

I always get a kick out of watching Puddin cook, I am like him and make a mess while doing it. Darcie is the fishing machine. She can fish in any kind of weather and get enthusiastic about her catch. Love you both. I wonder what could be a substitute for banana leaves? Up here in the northern lats we don't have access to them. That Marinade looked very interesting.

On a side note: Metal BBQ brushes are dangerous AF! Apparently ER visits from swallowed metal splinters are pretty common. I noticed some fragments on my grill a couple years ago and havent used one since. Stick with wooden scrapers or Brillo pad types.

Darci, I think that you broke the mold when you were born and you definitely raised the bar for being a Woman! My Wife is such a Girl! She thinks that Fish come filleted and will only eat Speckled Trout: )

Wow another Great video. But how does a fish get a name like Dog Snapper?
And on top of that another tropical storm headed your way. Watch out. Be safe.

Really nice fishing n grilling. Your hair looked very nice tied up like that. I'm like Puddin I do 99 percent of all the cooking and 100 percent on the Grill.

Darcizzle, you made me laugh! I live just outside of Worcester, MA. Up here we pronounced Worcestershire as, Wiss ta shear. It's a Boston thing I guess.

I need to grow a banana plant for the leaves. This was really nice. I love the catch and cooks. Be nice and Keep on with what you're doing!

If you get poked by one of those dorsal spines on the snapper, is it 20 minutes of excruciating pain, like the west coast rockfish?
