hey Darcizzle team, glad you had a great Turkey day. I was wondering. I dont do much salt water fishing so I dont know about the bone patterns in those fish. I watched a video the other day about zippering fillets to remove centerline Y bones. Do salt water species have the centerline bone structure and wound that technique work? I have never seen you clean one with that technique so I am believing its not viable. Thanks and Happy holidays
