Puddin and I decided to take a Florida canal fishing trip targeting invasive species! We were fishing for the snakehead fish, which is wrecking havoc in the C14 canal. We had fun snakehead fishing with frogs. I show you how to clean and how to fillet snakehead. Puddin cooks a snakehead fish recipe- they are delicious to eat! Snakehead have snow white firm flesh and best prepared pan seared, deep fried or baked! Keep on Catchin'!

Cookin with Puddin rhymes!
And, having grown up on the Gulf Coast I have many time wondered what possesses people to season seafood with hot sauce or chili. Because after the first bite you lose any subtleties of the flavor of the particular seafood you are eating. I suppose it started when the French, who had no refrigeration, had to prepare less than fresh seafood.

Something to ponder. If you have a painted top-water lures (On top of lure) to attract fish coming up from underneath? Hmmmmm. Not seeing the beautiful lure that caught the fishermen's eye. What you caught had more to do with knowing how to fish. I have fished Florida waters (Rec and pro) or over 50 years. I'd love to fish you guys some time.

Play the snake head on the water where you catch it. Keep the meat throw the carcass back in at least the snakeheads Elite that before the leave the other day fish cuz it's easier. Their opportunity feeders

Go to your cheap discount hardware store like Harbor Freight, you can get tin snips in a three-pack left-handed cut right handed cut and straight cut green handle red and yellow handle.

Sriracha might be too hot for some people. Frank's Red Hot is good also. But I like mcelhaney's pure Tabasco sauce. Dilute a little bit of water. And Panko flour is the best.

9: 02 was the tape measure on the bow of the boat a custom request or is that available for other types of boats too? As if I actually owned a boat in which I actually don t.

Looked like you were having a little trouble holding down the tail end when removing the skin. Have you tried using a Landshark bottle cap to hold the tail down? Works great!
