Puddin and I decided to take a Florida fishing trip targeting exotic fish species. After cast netting live bait, the bite proved to be tough in the middle of the summer. I decided to try bowfishing for gar once I had seen a few gar fish. Gar are wild looking, a prehistoric fish that looks like an alligator! I show you how to clean and how to fillet garfish, using wire snips. Puddin shows us a gar recipe, how to cook garfish- they are delicious to eat! Our first Florida gar catch clean cook! I cant wait to go bowfishing again, Keep on Catchin'! MaintenanceBy: Hey those snips or shears are Aviation tin snips. They are manufactured to cut right (red handles. left (green handles) and straight cut (yellow handles. They are very good at cutting aircraft sheet metal. and fingers. Just sayin. AND another great video. Nice shot btw.

I've never heard of anyone eating gar before. When I used to fish the Guyandotte river in WV, they were considered nuisance fish, and it wasn't uncommon to find them lying dead on the bank, left there by people fishing for bass or catfish, to prevent them from feeding on the game fish. Because of this, gar were sometimes given the nickname, crow bait.

Hey that was great guys! Nice shooting Darcie! Brian, sorry about your ribs bro. I've broken far too many and it hurts and the great thing is. they don't do a thing about them! And they take forever to heal! Great episode and hello from smoky Denver.

Great job cleaning the Gar. caught my first one on Lake Tohopekaliga in Kissimmee back in 1985. I thought they were trash fish until some Old Timers told me how to clean them pretty much like Darcie did.

You should find a way to scale your business: with your congeniality (both) and look (Darci) you have great potential! Have to figure out the business model that will enable it! congrats
