Guys take off ur props n check for mono n n. To hit a sword go deeper. 1000 ft deeper. You guys are good to hang it. A water anchor helps. Slows ur drifts down. Every once in awhile let that thing that looks like a piece of rebar because that's what it is a piece of rebar Hit the floor bring it back up 10 ft that noise you make down there attracts fish. To get more of those weights go to a place where they make rebar they usually have a pile of rebar there that has been cut that is going to get thrown away they will let you have it then you go home you got thick thick braided wire and then you got a soldering machine and solder it all together each weight will cost you less than a dollar.

I am not a tree hogger but these fish just look suspiciously like those that were caught in Australia very deep and they thought they had found a fish city. Turns out those reproduce very slowly and were for the most part almost 100 year old. They fish them out close to extinction. If I were you I'd leave them alone.

Good job out there! Adam at moving weight fishing did a video of how to make your own cheap deep dropping weights. If I had the set up to go deep dropping (even in nevada, I'd definitely be doing that. You should check it out. Keep on catchin!

Nice setup. I'm sure you'll find some times and locations that produce better. I'm looking forward to more fishing adventures. I lived in FL for 25 years and moved to CA. Your videos have me considering a move back to FL around Port St Lucie.

Nice set up. Old timer taught me to use fish (as bait) on the bottom two hooks as the Rosie's are so fast at hitting squid the tilefish don't stand a chance to eat. He was right. Tile fish on bottom hook and Rosie's on top hooks.

You need to invest in clay bricks with three holes run a wire through it put a swivel on indoor ring Loop 30 Ridge and drop it that's like a dollar to dollars it's not 25 for 10 lb weight
