My job take much of my time as wish I could do the things you do with your boys. They look like they have a blast everyday. Keep it up. Love watching you and your brother Deermeat. Question? Why-s the reason you put them in ice right away. I seen many ppl bleed ocean fish and put them on ice right away. I-m just wondering if I should do this with my walleye, I bleed them but I don-t put them on ice right away. Is there a reason for that. Does it make the meat stronger or idk better to cut them?

I was thinking of doing something in the same line of your videos but it seems to be to time consuming and seems like you might be missing out on a lot. Don't get me wrong I love your video's lot better when you are including the kids. But really if someone was to get as good as you is it still having fun

question, in mexico there are two types of skip jack, one is called bonito which is a white meat when cooked, the other is a very red and dark color meat, not very good eating. The Bonito have teeth the red meat one has no teeth. Which one are they cooking here.

Man I was on a charter few months ago and we were on a open bite. A mix of yellowfin and skipjack and I would say 90% of the people didnt want the skipjack it was kinda upsetting such a waste.

I haven't tried skipjack, it looks like more like little tunny (deep dark red) than blackfin or yellowfin, but I assume it tastes better than little tunny, because that isn't edible.
