dam gabe you are funny as hell with the narrations. next time don't wrap the ribs in foil use a rib rack and pan tent the whole thing with foil and some type of liquid to the pan I like apple juice and water 50-50 then cook on 225-230 for around 2. 5-3 hours then sauce and grill they will be tender and perfect! trusty me done it a million times doesn't matter what rib it works on all bone in ribs, of course season or dry rub them first like you did

Wow brother that was a great video. I am curious how much the elk hunt cost. I've never heard you talk about how expensive things are. On this hunt I've heard you mention it several times. I've never heard anybody do a Barry White for Elk very well done. Those ribs did look good but I'm not sure what them boys in Colorado know about Citrus flavored barbecue sauce. Once again great video can't wait for the next adventure.

WOWWWWW! I lived in Castle Rock, Colorado for a couple years and loved going camping in Estes and seeing the elk rut. It was so neat! That was back in 2010-2012! But I still remember how amazing it was out there. Thank you for another great upload, all your hard work and commitment. I've learned sooo, so much from you all. Hopefully I'll get to put it to use some day! -Bonnie (Illinois)

What I miss the most is elk and whitetail deer. Meat and elk and deer jerky. Wish they would sell them in the stores.
I know one thing if I had the extra money for tags and have someone do for me for a big buck and the extra money to have it processed I would do it in a heartbeat.

Good pointers on scent and archery gear. I would always go wade around a wallow get that stink on my clothes, and I shot 60 lb jennys and shot 4 elk with it, we did more stalking in Mt. than stands, good video
