Dove or Quail, my grandmother would bread them and fry them (whole body) similar to a chicken but would use some water and a lid on the pan over low heat (wood stove) to make sure they were soft fried. Add white gravy, salt and pepper and fresh garden vegetables and a homemade biscuit. man it was something. Healthy? Not in the least but it was mighty tasty.

I-m a huge fan! Glad I discover you as well as your brother. I definitely would like to me you guys and experience hunting and fishing with you guys.
