-bluegabe make Opelu Poke with them. We just cut them down from top down into round small steaks and soak for a day or 2 in Shoyu, chili pepper water, garlic and onions. Just suck the meat off the center bone. Broke da mouth! Aloha my bruddah. And you better marry her or a Hawaiian like Jason Momoa will ask her out before you take that leap of faith!
