Those are some of the most gorgeous fish I've ever seen! We don't have them offshore in Oregon. We fish for halibut in 800'-900' water and don't use electric reels. Pulling up a 50-125 pound flat slab of hali' is like pulling a door through mud.
Beautiful fish indeed! And +Fishing with Luiza is pretty okay to look at for a girl. ;)-

You two need to do a TV show on sport fishing. Us guys are visual - Luiza and Fishing is very visual, and my wife can watch you and the boat captain: -) You really do have great commentary on the sport of fishing. And you keep it clean and out of the gutter. Great videos.

I was told not to skin Queens, cut into serving chunks and put the fish on the grill skin side down and spread butter and lime juice or lemon on top.

The queen snapper is a good luck fish to the Japanese they call it Onaga and a must to have for New Years celebration that makes the cost skyrocket
