We have been asked by many people why we haven't been fishing this week. Hopefully this weather and sea state shows why. haha. Know your limitations and don't take any risks. We shall wait for the weather to calm down and get out the the pots again soon. I

you should try making your own sweet chilli sauce for those lobsters and try if it fits! you need creame fraiche, sweet chilli sauce that chinese one with the chilli seeds and flakes one
you take 2 table spoons or 3 dl of creme fraiche and then you cover it with chilli sauce mix it until the chilli sauce is completly mixed into it
add salt, pepper, and some lemon juice a couple drops will do fine
then mix again and let it chill for an hour and try it withsome fries and lobster
let me know what you think in a video please! =)

The rolls looked great! I do have one suggestion for the bread for the next time. Butter the flat outsides of the buns, rather than the insides, and pan fry them until they're a bit crispy, like a grilled cheese sandwich. Sometimes I'll also throw in a smashed garlic clove in the pan for just a hint of garlic bread. It adds great flavor and nice crunchy texture to the rolls. We tend to do that to our Dungeness Crab Rolls here in San Francisco and it just adds an extra oomph!

A really nice video mate-and as you say, dont take risks out on the sea, its not worth it. But on a positive side, it dident howl down with rain or snow- Im not going out in any weather, I like too enjoy my self on the sea and relax. The lobster rolls looked ok, but I prefer cinnamon rolls - but thats just because we dont have lobster here - Stay safe out there and have a good time. Have a good one.

Quick question Boss, I fish 4 pots off Arbroath during the summer and catch the odd Lobster, there's 1000's of commercial pots in the water up here, all have high flyers (poles with marker flags on them) I have them too, I see you are not using them, aren't you worried about vessels running over your plastic containers and you losing all your gear? Thanks for the brilliant videos. jake.

C'mon mate. only a person who frequently eats delicious, fresh sea-food could ever reduce a
lovingly prepared lobster roll by calling it a. plain ol'. -lobster sandwich-: -)
I'd kill to have a couple. -Hannah prepared-. lobster rolls, her chips & lager or 2! OMG!
ALL THE BEST to you & your family,
Ben

Why do I feel that our hero would prefer a pork pie without any pastry. strawberries and cream with no strawberries and a hot dog which is just a frankfurter-. Good balanced meal choice from Fish Locker Junior-- Wise move not to spend too much time out in the motorised bathtub given those conditions. Stay safe people.

I do really love your videos, and thank you for sharing the family with us. I like it with a chilli condiment called Saracha instead of mayo not sure about spelling thou. Also we Americans really love our carbs. Hence the roll, also makes it easy for eating while on the go. Thanks alot and have a great day.

Rough swells. Glad you decided to wait. Good to see the fam. When I saw you were doing the lobster roll, Connecticut style, I thought well its just lobster salad on a bun. Nothing extravagant. Lol They are good, but much better ways to eat lobster, I think.
Thanks for sharing. Stay safe and healthy.

Being from Connecticut, Hannah did a great job pronouncing: ) Yes Lobster Rolls are popular here - a real treat. Something about the toasted buttered bun and yummy lobster eaten outside while on vacation! Nom! Love your videos and the beautiful waters on your coast! Thank you!
